This home was purchased by one of our contractor clients whom we have worked with on several projects before. This house was a big fixer upper, with lots of interior smoke damage and general neglect. We were able to increase the head height in the basement, turning it into legal living space, and insulating it to meet Washington State energy code. Everything was stripped down to the studs and refinished. Smart kitchen and bath design breathed new life into this home and turned out to be quite a successful flip for our client.
