Garage Addition

This home in Hilltop neighborhood in Tacoma was never built with the garage. We worked closely with the city to get a variance approval to build this garage addition since it would have to encroach on typical building setbacks to be functional. The owner is a builder and was able to put the plan to work as soon as we got the permit. Now he has a place to park his large work vehicle and to store tools.
