Our client here was a speculative real estate developer who wanted to make the most out of a residential lot they had purchased along with a larger multi unit house. We worked within the more narrow setbacks of their corner lot and within the ADU design standard to develop a 2 story, 2 unit building, with a living unit on each floor. We worked closely with the city, the builder and our client on this one with great success.
