Basement Remodel

This house in Bremerton had an unfinished basement with lots of potential. We were able to establish a beautiful living space in that raw space including a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen with a living room. We furred out the walls and built up the floor to get proper insulation while maintaining legal head height.
