Attic Remodel

This was a remodel of an unused attic space in North Tacoma in a beautiful older Craftsman home. Challenges were the head height and steep angles at certain areas at the outer edges of the large room. We were able to add a sleeping room, an elegant full bath, closets, and a large bonus room. We worked closely with the builder on this, doing a field revision to include a different window that would be easier to install at a location very high above the ground. Lots of older houses have attics like this with lots of potential.
