A.R.Bergman Drafting & Design was created to serve the community by producing high quality building plans at an affordable rate. Based in Tacoma WA and operated since in 2008 by Alexander Bergman, we provide drafting and design for residential construction projects including additions, remodels, auxiliary structures, custom homes and much more. We also produce concise and comprehensive as built drawings for buildings of all sizes, with an emphasis on historical preservation and restoration. We pride ourselves on exemplary customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and helping them through every phase of their project. Are you not sure where to start with a construction project you are considering? Let us help you with a conceptual design plan! For a low fee, you will receive a basic plan set including everything you would need to get bids, talk to the permitting office, and talk about financing.
